Forest Protection in KTR

The protection camps are equipped with 3 to 5 members and concerned  FSO/FBOs are monitoring their activities. They will be conducting foot patrolling on daily basis and reporting the animal citing any felling or movement of unauthorized people etc.

  • They also conduct night patrolling in a suspected areas.
  • Concerned FSO/FBO is also staying with the protection watches at the camp 3 to 5 days in a week to monitor the protection watchers.
  • They also control the fires as and when they are noticed during the patrolling.
